Rebecca Zipser Hoffman, DO

Board Certified Family Physician

Dr. Hoffman holds her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Munson Medical Center and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Tamella Livengood, FNP-BC

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Livengood received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Michigan State University. She is also nursing faculty at Northwestern Michigan College and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC.

Alycia Dzierwa, FNP-C

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Dzierwa earned both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. She is dedicated to providing a holistic and evidence based approach to medicine and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
