Same Day Appointments

We strive to provide same day acute appointments to our established patients. Please call our office as soon as you are able and choose the scheduling line (Ext 17) for same day appointment availabilities.

Medication Refills

We can provide prescriptions at all office visits.  If it is necessary to receive a refill without an appointment, call 231.929.7933 and ask for the nursing line.  If you are a current patient and have your Patient Portal login and password, you may also login and request your prescription refill online.  Please note that prescriptions cannot be filled after hours.

Emergency and After Hours Care

In cases of medical emergencies like chest pain, stroke or trauma with severe injury or bleeding, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.  The Munson Medical Center Emergency Department is located at 1105 Sixth Street and is open 24 hours a day.  They can also be reached at 231.935.5000.

We strive to accommodate patients who need more urgent care, however, if you need to speak to a physician when the office is closed, you can call the Munson Medical Center operator at 231.935.5000 and ask to have the physician on call paged or go to the nearest Urgent Care.

Fees and Insurance

Most insurance is accepted including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Priority Health and Medicare.  Co-pays are collected on the day of your visits, and payment is required on the day of service.  Please click here for our Financial Policy.
